I spent the morning talking team members to the airport and bus station as the Steps of Justice Cambodia outreach has come to an end. It was an amazing time that has affected each member of the team deeply. As we sat around the other night and shared, each member of the team had something different to say about one of the organizations that we worked with over the past 10 days.
We have all seen things that will stay with us for ever. We have seen grinding poverty, children with HIV living in the knowledge that their live is cut short and women who have come out of sex slavery and into freedom. Cambodia has once again wrecked us. We will continue to come back to this beautiful nation to be changed by Her and also to bring hope to Her. Our prayer is that each member of the team will go home and let their lives be transformed by what they have seen and heard. That they would make different decisions about the way that they live their livers, that their lives would be lived and spent for God and others, not just themselves.
Thanks to all of you who have prayed for us and for those of you who have followed this trip on Twitter and Facebook. It was fun sharing the stories with you.
We will be putting dates up soon for the next Steps outreach, we would love you to join us.
